After visiting ALL the local furniture stores and scouring MANY furniture websites, we chose to order our new sofa from Cascade for two reasons: 1) The excellent, friendly service from Kirby. Kirby is a gem. She's knowledgeable, patient, and fun. She took great care of us on both visits to the store, helped us order exactly the sofa we wanted, including fabric choices. Though we were quoted 8-10 weeks for delivery, the sofa came much earlier. So pleased! 2) Cascade carries the Stanton brand, which is made in Oregon. We liked knowing that we were shopping fairly local. We would definitely return for future furniture purchases!

Our sales lady, Kirby, was knowledgeable and very helpful. She printed out flyers of all we were interested in along with the colors in fabric and wood tone. Lots there to love…from furniture to pictures and wall decor. For us, we were after a king bed frame with a padded headboard in a grey fabric and enough room to mop under it. They had one at 8 1/2” high. Just what we were looking for. We love it. 5 ⭐️‘S .

If exceptional customer service is important to you, then Cascade Furniture should be your first stop We had an Ekornes Stressless chair for many years. The seat cushion springs broke and the foam was dried and crumbly. We thought it was a lost cause. However, because the structure and leather were in great shape, we searched for local companies who could repair these chairs. Enter Cascade Furniture and the amazing Bryan Kyllingstad, who is their Operations Manager. Bryan got to work right away searching for a solution. He contacted the Ekornes factory in Norway and discovered that they still made parts for our model. He ordered the parts directly from Norway and kept us in the loop all along the way. All in all, it took about 2 months for the parts to get here, but only an hour to repair the chair. They also went the extra mile and repaired some other parts that we didn't even know had issues. THAT is what I mean by "exceptional" service. It has been a looooong time since I have encountered such a professional company. It is refreshing. Cascade Furniture has a customer for life.

We stopped by Cascade Furniture back in November to look for a dining table for our new house. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for, we found several other items that we liked. We ended up finding a dining set, a bedroom set, and today we ordered all new living room furniture! We have worked with Kirby on each purchase and she has been wonderful to work with. I’m very picky about styles, textures, colors and fabrics, and she has been incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating throughout the process. She listens closely and helps us find the right fit for our needs instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive options in the store like some companies do. Everyone we’ve encountered at Cascade has been so friendly and helpful. They also work with a great delivery company who are reasonably priced and very quick and efficient. I never would have imagined that we would find everything we were looking for in one store!

My wife and I came in looking for a couch. We owned an IKEA futon for a little, but we decided it was time to go and look for a real one. When we entered the store we were immediately greeted with a smile, and when we expressed that we were just looking for an entry-level couch, they very enthusiastically showed us to the price point we asked about.After answering all our questions, we ended up wanting a couch a little higher than money would allow at that time. They informed us of multiple payment options, but unfortunately my credit would not permit any of them.So we left, and came back a couple weeks later to find the couch we really wanted was still there! We were ecstatic. After learning this, we bought it up, and they started talking to us about delivery options. Our schedules interfered with all of them, however. Thankfully, a friend had a truck and breakfast was the only payment necessary for delivery.Overall we had a fantastic experience through and through, and we will, beyond any doubt, come back in for any changes made to any other furniture. Awesome people with fantastic customer service skills, and truly reasonable prices.
